EXTENSION
aftercare
Proper care can extend the life span of your extensions by 6-12 months.

1. Gently brush extensions daily using an extension or detangling brush (working from the bottom up).

2. Wash your extensions 2-3 times a week (using a sulfate-free shampoo).

3. Comb your hair before getting it wet.

4. Dry the bonded area first, then blow dry the rest. (you can let the extensions air dry, but blow dry the bonded area first).

5. Do not add conditioner or products near the bonded area of the extensions.

6. Use a heat protectant spray or apply oil from the mid-shaft down, avoiding the bond area before blow drying or using heat tools (leave-in conditioners and moisturizing oils are great for extensions, especially if they feel dry).

7. Do not sleep with wet hair. Once the extensions are completely dry, braid your hair into a braid or tie it into a loose low ponytail.

8. Do not use bleach on your extensions.

By following these steps, you can extend the life of your extensions and enhance your natural hair.
